Roman villa at Echternacht in Luxembourg:
This large villa, not far from the frontier and built in the 2nd century AD, was a lavish country residence with many rooms for entertaining and pleasure
Only the foundations of most of the walls are preserved, but you can see the columns of a large peristyle in the background.
The peristyle; in the center of the columns is a pool open to the sky, while the space outside the columns was covered with a roof.
