SAMPLE MID-TERM EXAMINATION
The Mid-Term Examination will be held on Wednesday, February 10, at the regular class time and place. The exam will last 48 minutes. You will write your answers directly on the exam itself, rather than on a bluebook. The exam will cover all the reading assigned through the week of February 8 and all classes through that day. The following is a sample, designed to help you prepare for the exam by showing you the format that the exam will have and giving you an idea of the kind of questions that might be asked. As you prepare, make sure you consider the assigned reading as well as what has been discussed in class; some of the questions will be drawn from the readings, and if you have not read the assignments, you will probably have some difficulty in doing well on the exam.
